Fast efficent and friendly one of the better dairy queens I have been to they have indoor seating so its a good rainy day ice cream place! Its also open to 10pm which I really like because if im out with friends at 9pm they are still open! The staff has improved since these other comments her on the list as we had a group of 14 and had no negative encounters
? fire service! Respectful. Everyware else is closed. So I went here from my normal one on vandyke that is remodeling my new 3 rd favorite location. Mostly because of the staff who were working Nighy shift on 1/10/23 around 6. Or else would have been a 3-star ?!

I’ve been coming here for probably 10 years. I come with my family every week. we always receive free waters upon request. However, today was a different experience for us. A small cup of water now costs 25 cents! this is obviously tapwater and is not very pleasant to drink. These were accompanied by a pissed look by one or the employees. How about serving sanitary water to your customers? Do better Rainbow Plaza Dairy Queen!
