The young kid was super nice, but i am so disappointed with management. I ordered a caramel espresso. He served it to me.Room temperature and told me he's not allowed to serve hot coffee, but he can microwave it for me. Moving forward I ordered a bagel toasted. It was not toasted and what a mess it was. I will never be back! Don't waste your money

I went in for a everything bagel with extra hot pepper, cream cheese, and butter toasted what I got was a terrible attitude with the gentleman that was working behind the counter, when I asked for the extra cream cheese that I assumed I paid for he said he did put it on there, but there was only a very thin layer of cream cheese on ONE side on the bagel NO BUTTER and only puts butter on the other half of the bagel. When I told him that that was barely a normal amount of cream cheese and that I would like the extra cream cheese that I paid for he explained to me that he gave me enough and that he didn’t charge me for it because there isn’t a charge for extra cream cheese. I have never given a bad review, this young mans attitude sucks And the owner should be aware of it. I have a hard time believing there isn’t a charge for extra cream cheese AT A BAGEL SHOP when the two other Elaine’s bagels that I have visited have that extra charge AND I GLADLY PAY EXTRA!!! Clearly, I will never be back. I should also add that this place is also an ice cream shop, their freezers have approximately 2 1/2 inches of frost around all four sides, which is spilling over into the ice cream. The glass containers that they keep their candy fits in for the Sunday that they make are so dirty that it looks like they are all covered with a film. The floor was gross and the cute little area that they do have to sit and enjoy a bagel, ice cream or a cup of coffee, Was filthy. It’s very sad too because they could be a very charming place if it was cleaned once in a while.

One of the worst bagels I’ve ever had in my life. Both breakfast bagels were not edible, 1 being the sausage was old and rubbery 2 being the bacon was hard and black and 3 being the eggs were made in the microwave… wish I would’ve thrown my money in the garage instead of going to this place. Avoid at all costs. I would’ve uploaded photos but already threw them in the trash!

I have to say, the customer service from the young lady was exceptional. The $15 (with tip) I spent on 2 bagel sandwiches was the worst decision of the year. The bacon was BLACK. The sausage was an overcooked rubber puck. Message to the owner: You should be ashamed of yourself, serving this trash to people. Hiding this horrible food behind great customer service. What in the world are you thinking?

Ordered Motor City Club bagel. Had 1 paper thin piece of turkey, one paper thin piece of ham, a tomato slice, a limp piece of lettuce and a slice of cheese. What a rip off for $8! Also ordered a plain bagel w/cream cheese for $4! Crazy.

STALE bagels. Just done wrong. 2-stars for the nice kid who took our order. We ordered egg and cheese on egg and onion with shmear. Everything was just bland and the bagels were stale, period. Hardly any shmear on the bagels, not sure what they’re being stingy about. Shop was dirty and uninviting, there were broken chairs. A bagel staple in the area, yeah right. Locals should know better. Save your money, go to Tim Hortons instead.
