Completely unacceptable experience at this location. Ordered hours ahead for a set time of 5:30 pick-up because I knew Halloween would be busy. When booking the order, I noticed a lot of pick-up times were not available, so I called to ask if that was based on order volume (it was), and they assured me I could order for any available time. We got there just after 5:30 and they hadn't even started making the order. There were 20 or so other people crammed in there in the same boat.
If I had just placed an order during the busy period, I'd expect it to be a significantly longer wait. If I'm placing an online order for a set time, the order needs to be ready at that time. Nothing else is acceptable. Management was not apologetic and was instead making excuses about how busy it was. You know Halloween is busy ahead of time, so no excuses are valid. The time I chose shouldn't have been available for online ordering if it wasn't going to be feasible. After this waste of time, I canceled the order and got a great pizza elsewhere with no wait.

They have 6.99 lunch specials 2 large pieces of pizza and a pop very good deal, Green Lanterns cheese and pepperoni is amazing.. I love it as always the guys are awesome very friendly and fast.

I ordered online carry out for 9:30 well done small pizza got there it wasn’t even ready until 9:43 and wasn’t even well done not even cooked all the way through was super doughy even parts of the cheese and sauce on the pizza was still cold terrible terrible workers last night and careless only took a couple bites and was disgusted usually they have great pizza and my order ready soon as I arrive at the time I placed my carry out order for but whoever work today was careless and did not give af clearly
