Completely unacceptable experience at this location. Ordered hours ahead for a set time of 5:30 pick-up because I knew Halloween would be busy. When booking the order, I noticed a lot of pick-up times were not available, so I called to ask if that was based on order volume (it was), and they assured me I could order for any available time. We got there just after 5:30 and they hadn't even started making the order. There were 20 or so other people crammed in there in the same boat.
If I had just placed an order during the busy period, I'd expect it to be a significantly longer wait. If I'm placing an online order for a set time, the order needs to be ready at that time. Nothing else is acceptable. Management was not apologetic and was instead making excuses about how busy it was. You know Halloween is busy ahead of time, so no excuses are valid. The time I chose shouldn't have been available for online ordering if it wasn't going to be feasible. After this waste of time, I canceled the order and got a great pizza elsewhere with no wait.

Some of the beat pizza around only issue I had was being told a bread stick came with my deal but when i got there it did not after i already paid.
They have 6.99 lunch specials 2 large pieces of pizza and a pop very good deal, Green Lanterns cheese and pepperoni is amazing.. I love it as always the guys are awesome very friendly and fast.

I brought one home and screwed myself... The kids do not want little caesars now and only want Green Lantern cheese pizza. bbq and cheese pizzas are awesome!
