Went for lunch on 3/5/2025 when the waitress asked what I would like to drink I said a Diet Coke she said OK another person at the table ordered a Coke and she said they only had Pepsi. I confirmed they only had Pepsi so I ended up getting a water I do not drink Pepsi products.! Looking at the menu I figured I could get some wings when I asked if I could get flats only she stated it would be a two or three dollar surcharge for that so I opted for a hamburger with no bun with cheese. it was the worst hamburger I’ve had in a very long time! I wish I would’ve gotten a picture… my coworker ordered a hamburger also but with a bun, he said it was the worst hamburger he has ever had. I doubt if I will ever be coming back here for lunch.

They banned me for quitting my job after they pulled my hours and would never talk to me before doing so. Management has no respect for its employees. It's a do as I say and not as I do astablishmemt.

Food is good but service is SOOO slow. Waited over an hour for food and never got an appetizer. We were there for about 2 hours as a whole. Waiter was super nice but still I got very hangry. Probs going to go to another location because I overall like the place but this location has got to be the slowest moving restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Hosted a funeral luncheon, it couldn't have been better. Staff was amazing handling my emotions, food excellent, staff very helpful
Dietary restrictions: They were accommodating with several food allergy requests
Band playing was pretty terrible and way too loud but the service and drinks were good.

Marina is a terrible waitress. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but we had to go get her ourself multiple times and she would be playing on her phone. We came when it was slow, it got a little bit busy but there were multiple other waitresses. We were out to celebrate but after appetizers we didnt want to be there anymore it would take so long to get ahold of her and she would only do one thing at a time. Cant say she's the only waitress that does it, its every other time were here, hit or miss and its a Shame cause i like the food but it turns a quick meal into a 2 hour thing when it doesnt need to be. Felt bad for my family because i picked here to have dinner for my graduation.

We have been Hamlin Pub customers for years and have always taken advantage of their rewards card. Now that they have canceled it and moved to tracking rewards electronically we find it cumbersome if not impossible to use. Even our waitress could not get it to work. Why make something so easy to use complicated?
