Marina is a terrible waitress. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but we had to go get her ourself multiple times and she would be playing on her phone. We came when it was slow, it got a little bit busy but there were multiple other waitresses.
We were out to celebrate but after appetizers we didnt want to be there anymore it would take so long to get ahold of her and she would only do one thing at a time.
Cant say she's the only waitress that...

We have been Hamlin Pub customers for years and have always taken advantage of their rewards card. Now that they have canceled it and moved to tracking rewards electronically we find it cumbersome if not impossible to use. Even our waitress could not get it to work. Why make something so easy to use complicated?
