Called before placing a delivery order to ask if they sealed the bags for deliveries & was told yes, they do. LIES! My Uber Eats order was received without even a piece of scotch tape on it to prevent tampering. Why lie? The manager was conveniently unavailable both times I called to inquire further. No worries, I won't be returning ✌?

Their website never works when trying to add a coupon. I've had multiple times where either the coupons online for their specific store either "are not valid" or cannot be tweaked. They have a coupon now for $12.99 for a large 3 topping pizza and they won't let you just get one topping. Makes no sense... I'm saving you money by just getting one topping. Have a great time turning people away...

Odered 2lbs of rib tips , had a $5 gift certificate. They would not take. Went home to eat the ribs tips. Took one bite, and gave them to the dog. Old dark brown, and nasty. Will never order from any happy pizza or savvy slider place ever.

They sent me the wrong pizza for delivery and instead of fixing and bringing the right order I was told there was nothing that they could do about it super disappointed because I paid specific item and did not receive it

Got the BBQ chicken pizza and bread. Both were VERY disappointing. The bbq sauce for the pizza is way too sweet, thin and just not good. The bread is simply puffed up dough with what I’m guessing is a sprinkle of unmelted Parmesan cheese. 0/10 would not recommend.

We ordered at 7:15 pm on October 3rd for the Detroit Deep Dish pizza. The wait took about 30 mins because they had to remake my pizza (which was a good choice by employees? ). The food was ready by 7:45-7:50 pm. The pizza was good. But a day later, my stomach was hurting (Wednesday and Thursday) from I believe the spicy pepperoni. I ended up throwing the pizza in the trash and never ate the leftovers again. I will not have their Happy's Pizza ever again, last time I will try their food there. The employees were nice though, which was the positive part.Parking: Great spots next to Happys Pizza and Savvys Sliders.Kid-friendliness: Great for takeout to take home for kids birthday parties.

My wife ordered food for me and even spoke to a manager and explained that I am a truck driver and I would be at my delivery location at 11:49pm and all was good untill I get a call 30 mins early saying that they was here to deliver the food and I explained again that I was 30 mins out and that it wasn't supposed to even be cooked untill 11:30 so that I got it hot. Needless to say that the young guy working tonight got very rude and called his driver back and I had to order food from another establishment. By the way I always tip my drivers 27-34% just for delivering to my truck

I always order from here when I'm at work and forgot to bring food and I'm really hungry. I usually order online but recently I called in about 45mins before close, food came in like 30 mins everything was hot n fresh! I got pizza and tenders, the tenders were Saavy sliders they were crispy and fresh and they gave me more than I ordered so that's a bonus. Only downside is the coupons they have online can't really be redeemed online for some reason so that's why I called in to get the best deal for my money. I have had Happy's from other locations and their pizza is not made the same I was so disappointed this will always be my go to spot!

Very dissatisfied with our latest order from Happy's. The bacon we got on our large pizza was literally pure fat, to the point where I thought the pizza was covered with onions at first glance. It was so chewy I had to pick the bacon off completely. Disappointed.
