Worst management and service of a Jets Pizza I've ever seen. Employees were fighting and arguing at the top of their lungs in front of all of us customers. When I walked in, they told me that my order would take 10 minutes. I asked again after 10 minutes, and they said my order would be ready soon. I waited for well over 35 minutes. At which point the tall female manager with short black hair approached and told me with a horrible attitude that my order wasn't even started yet and I could wait just like they had made everyone else wait for their orders. She was extremely rude, and when I asked why she said my order would be done in 10 minutes and hadn't let me know it would be even longer she just became extremely rude and malicious with me. I myself have worked as a customer service manager for 25 years and have never once heard anyone speak to customers the way this manager was speaking to me. If this is the way that the manager herself speaks to customers then I think the owner needs to send her back to a customer service training course so she can fix her attitude and be kind and considerate of her customers. The young female cashier that helped me though was extremely kind and that is probably the only good thing I can actually say about this place.

Horrible customer service! Man up front needs to be fired immediately! Store is still open and won’t take my call in order at 9:30. Then I walk in at 9:31 as I was literally next door. The guy up front says sorry we’re not taking anymore orders. Really?? You’re still open. I just got off work and kids are starving. Mom’s been cooking for Thanksgiving all day and this is how I get treated?? I will never spend another dollar at this location! Hungry howies for the win as they took my order with no issue whatsoever! Howies has better pizza and pricing anyways. Go to Howies

I always go with the classic BBQ chicken piZZa (no pineapple, as that's not kosher). It's a pretty good pizza, only two issues I would say. 1.) the hard pizza shards from that classic deep dish style end up lacerating my poor pathetic mouth to ribbons. 2.) the sodium content is incredibly high, and I am a fool and end up drinking a ton of water while eating these pizzas, then experience pulmonary congestion and increased micturition. Now i love micturating, but it's no fun micturating all night when you wanna sleep.
Alas, it's a good pizza and a good pizza place. Used to have a lobby to sit down in, not sure what happened to it. It's like walled off or something now. Maybe that's where they keep the bad employees, or the cows they get the pizzas from. Who can say.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies and you can even get them on a pizza. They'll put a salad on a pizza too! Or you can do it yourself. Whatever
Dietary restrictions: They'll bend over backwards to meet your dietary demands. Gluten free soda, gluten enriched pizza sauce, whatever it takes.
Parking: BIG LOT, lots of space.
Kid-friendliness: It's a pizza why bring a kod
