Has to wait a long time and my husband wanted his sandwich warmed up and they wouldn't do it.

Horrible
Pulled up to order, told only two people working so it’s going to be 15 minute wait. Waited that long to get pass the two cars in front of us. Decided I would order at window told, can’t order from window have to go back around. Worst Jimmy John’s in the area. Undesirable employee working window. Overworked making sandwiches
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Jimmy John’s.
I placed an order at 7:54 PM, and by 8:40 PM it was still marked as “on the way.” I called the store for an update, and instead of receiving any help, I was met with blatant disrespect. The so-called manager, Kristen, hung up on me after I told her I didn’t want the food anymore and to refund it.
When I went to the store around 8:55 PM to get answers in person, things escalated in a way that was beyond unprofessional. An employee on the food line flipped me off as I was leaving — literally gave me the middle finger, while laughing about it. At the same time, a girl at the front register started screaming at me to leave the store after I address the guy that gave me the finger.
The level of rudeness and immaturity from the staff was shocking, especially for a national chain. If the owner or corporate reads this, I strongly suggest reviewing the in-store footage from 8:55–9:00 PM. What your employees did was disgusting, and it reflects terribly on your brand.
I will never return to this location and I’ll be warning others to stay far away.

There is sometimes a wait on a Sunday for your drive-through order, but the staff there are good about letting you know before you order. Always pleasant!

I just got a toasted Jimmy Cubano and I have to say this sandwich was very bland and barely had any provolone on it and for that price and they burned my sandwich.

I ordered a turkey sandwich, got it home and the turkey meat was pink raw. It made me puke just looking at it. I will never order anything from any Jimmy John's restaurant. It bad enough to pay almost $10. for a meal combo and the meat is not prepared correctly. Jimmy John's suck.

Left me no choice to leave a review. I'm a local business owner and I order lunch everyday for my employees. I have ordered in the past on several occasions. But this will be my last time. I don't understand how this location cannot fulfill an order of 7 to 9 subs. Repeatedly I'm told sorry we're too busy, sorry not enough staff, sorry about something and the person whom I've talked too acts like he doesn't care or want my business. The reason for this post is to make aware to the owner of how things are being conducted at this location. To make 7 to 9 subs and willing to give them a hour or 2 to make them and still cannot do it? It happens Repeatedly and I guess I'm just dumb founded on a business who thrives on freaky fast cannot deliver in 1 to 2 hours. Good luck with your business but I had to express my concerns and make you aware of how this location is handling customer service.
