My family and I went through the drive thru. We ordered 2 Italian Nightclubs w/ peppers on the side, and a little John w/turkey&cheese for our 5year old. The lady said it was going to $30. When we got to the drive thru window we asked why it was so much. Apparently, they rang us up for a full size turkey Tom. The lady at the register was very nice and apologized. The supervisor came up and said to my wife “next time say you want a little John”. She blamed her instead of her employee who rang up the order incorrectly. Needless to say I stepped in and told her not to dare blame her for their mistake. She did say little John, I heard it myself.So, they fixed the price and we thought they fixed the order too. As we drove off we realized there was no peppers and they didn’t give us a little John. They left the full size turkey Tom in the bag. Normally this would be fine but it’s a big sandwich for a five year old to handle. The sandwiches weren’t great and a bit dry.I would suggest going to a different location. This one doesn’t take pride in what they do and they don’t value their customers. They blame them for their mistakes.

Friendly delivery guys and a good go to staple but I miss the days of 50¢ delivery charge per sub... The beach club with avocado and the bootlegger are my two personal faves... .

I ordered a #17 (Ultimate Porker) with drive through but when I got home and opened it up it's not a #17. It has only turkey and the #17 has ham and bacon. Very disappointed. Check your food before you leave people!!

Disappointed because during a non busy time of the day unfortunately they were in too much of a rush and gave me a very sloppy unwich . It had no mayo or dressing on it . I get this countless times and they just did not make it right .

Worst JJ location ever they need new staff. I tried ordering fresh bread loaf a day in advance and they are like we will only make 2. They always set limit on it because they don't want to work extra and make more bread. If I call any other location a day in advance and ask them they always make it for me idk why this location has limit of 2.

are all your wokers high when they come in or something? everytime i get a sandwich it's literally falling apart and messy asf. this is mad embarrassing you guys suck im going to subway next time.

So this is a first for us from Jimmy Johns. Both subs had bad lettuce on them which ruined the taste and flavor of the 2 subs. We both took 2 or 3 bites with a sour face before we identified the lettuce had a nasty taste to it upon further inspection the lettuce was very withered and not crisp.
Very difficult to sign up or rewards program. I've spent over $200 and haven't been able to get credit for any of the costs.

Freaky slow!! We went through the drive through on a Saturday around 12:30 and it took us about 20 minutes. There were only one or two cars in front of us. We sat at the ordering speaker for several minutes and then waited in the line and spend 10 minutes at the pickup window. The sandwiches themselves were good, your average jimmy johns sandwiches.

Great subs. Trying the top 1 0 menu items per on-line story. I'm down to # 7 and they've all been great. My favorite sub shop now.

Why no mustard? I've asked for the mustard packets that you use in place of just having it available, and you didn't put it in the bag-3 SEPERATE TIMES!!
