This place is truly awful! The chicken wasn’t hot and didn’t appear fresh. That’s after waiting an extra 10 minutes to get the order. The coleslaw is super runny, the gravy is extra thick, very strong in flavor, it didn’t taste like it usually does. That also wasn’t very hot.On top of bad food I was almost home and realized they didn’t put one of my two coleslaws in the bag and I was also missing a gravy. I had to drive all the way back in rush hour traffic.I paid nearly $47 for a 12 piece family meal and an extra coleslaw just to be sorely disappointed. Goodbye KFC, you won’t be in business much longer with food like this.

Anytime I get carryout they overstuff the bag to the point where the gravy and coleslaw spill in the bag every single time, there are never any sauces, butter or honey. After paying almost $50 for an order it would be nice to enjoy the entire meal.

The incompetence here is incredible. I can't believe these idiots think they deserve more than $10 an hour. They literally can't take more than one order sat a time. So the line is always ridiculous. It's every single one of them back there too. Just terrible managed and staffed.What happened to working to the best of your ability? I won't come back here, I'd rather drive further so i don't waste my entire lunch waiting on these complete wastes of space

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru,25 minutes?!?!?!And the so called employee did not take our order until I turned around to tell the people behind me that I’ve been here 20 minutes already, then she asked me what I would like to order, unbelievable! I have alot of complaints about my experience. Store is very dirty had to clean off my own table. Staff members were very disrespectful towards me during the order. After that they got the order wrong and I had to reorder twice not once but twice. Once I got my food it was cold and just not tasty at all?????

This place is horrible. If you have employees that don't want to work there, just get rid of them. They're completely rude, dirty and completely useless. My online order was ready, but my drinks weren't. I asked about my drinks, "you need to wait." At first, I thought maybe it was a joke. But unfortunately, it wasn't. The actual joke was the quality of the food, the quality of the service and the overall experience of the visit. Ordered original recipe chicken strips and was given extra chrispy that were hard dried out and looked like they were sitting for a while , biscuits were just as bad hard a a rock. Will not be going there again.
