A DoorDash driver took my food and disappeared with it tonight. Our new dashing queen is waiting for our food at closing time to be so kindly remade by the KFC team here. Thank you again! I’m too tired and too hungry for these shenanigans so I really appreciate this kind service 😂
Order was not acceptable. Not filled per order. Not enough staff, too busy to pay attention to order, order came up short.
Original chicken sandwich is probably one of if not the best I've had from fast food establishment. At least have to try it once.

Overall, the experience was positive, with fast and friendly service, but some attention to detail in order fulfillment could improve customer satisfaction.
