This place is truly awful! The chicken wasn’t hot and didn’t appear fresh. That’s after waiting an extra 10 minutes to get the order. The coleslaw is super runny, the gravy is extra thick, very strong in flavor, it didn’t taste like it usually does. That also wasn’t very hot.On top of bad food I was almost home and realized they didn’t put one of my two coleslaws in the bag and I was also missing a gravy. Anytime I get carryout they overstuff the bag to the point where the gravy and coleslaw spill in the bag every single time, there are never any sauces, butter or honey. After paying almost $50 for an order it would be nice to enjoy the entire meal.

The incompetence here is incredible. I can't believe these idiots think they deserve more than $10 an hour. They literally can't take more than one order sat a time. So the line is always ridiculous. It's every single one of them back there too. Just terrible managed and staffed.What happened to working to the best of your ability? I won't come back here, I'd rather drive further so i don't waste my entire lunch waiting on these complete wastes of space
