Actually it should be zero stars! I get this is fast food and the people who work there aren’t exactly the best and the brightest, but the service at this location is horrible! Even for very low fast food standards!

I ordered the 12 pc tender with 3 sides online. I checked the bag in the parking lot and they forgot the gravy. I ran in and got it. Then when I got home I noticed there was no sauce for the tenders 😞 The food was good though. So the cook does a good job but whoever puts the food in the bag forgot a bunch of stuff

I just want to thank A wonderful staff member Mary that works at this location we were in today and she was literally the most helpful, amazing, and caring staff member we have came in contact with here Thank U so much Mary for being Kind! Grandma enjoyed her KFC!
