I had delivery from this place for the third time today, and I had to call to complain the last 2 times, but now I'm going to Kerby's. The place is good when I'm present and sitting there, but their delivery is absolutely awful. Neither order was nowhere near acceptable nor accurate. Whoever transcribed what was actually ordered to the receipt is a joke! I have half a mind to make them refund the entire order including the upcharge for using delivery.
The wrap was supposed to come no pepperoncini, No tomato, add tzatziki. It came with pepperonicini, no tzatziki, no greek dressing. The club was no bacon, add ham, extra mayo. It literally arrived with one slice of turkey on it, no ham, no bacon, no mayo.
Probably taking my receipt and order slip up there tomorrow and they need to refund the entire order. I paid for garbage.

It doesn't matter what restaurant I go to I will tip generously if the service was good. We literally had to tell the server repeatedly to bring more coffee more pop, ranch dressing. Sorry but will not return.

They must not be able to read. I’m a local, and have asked for basic things, cheese on the side, ranch with my food. They ignore it every time. Even though it’s on the receipt they staple to the bag. You’re better off going to Kerbys down the road.

Have you ever seen feta cheese that shreds? Because I have never in my life seen a feta cheese that looks like this. I called to tell them they put mozzarella on the salad. They tried to tell me it’s feta it’s just bigger. Feta cheese doesn’t shred. It crumbles
