I met at this McDonald's with three of my cousins. One of my cousins is handicapped. A woman by the name of Patty was working, the counter, taking orders, etc. She went out of her way to help our handicapped cousin. I myself had not been in a McDonald in quite a few years and needed time to study the menu. She engaged me in conversation as to what my likes and dislikes were. Was very helpful and made me feel like I wasn't holding up the line and I was the only person in McDonald's. Neither of which were true but that's how she made me feel. If there were more people working at McDonald's like Patty, I can guarantee you they would have customers lined up out the door..

It's 9:30am and I'm standing at the counter saying hello excuse me over and over to employees five feet away. Gave me a small iced coffee instead of the medium I ordered. They just let me take an online order without verification. Didn't ask if I wanted ketchup with my hash browns. Racist comment from the employee. Not surprising though, this is the state of the fast food world.

Somebody here takes their job a little too seriously. I arrived to pickup a Doordash. I told the drive-thru as such and also asked for a gallon of gasoline as a joke. The guy at drive-thru did not like the joke and refused to give me the order. The Doordash ended up getting cancelled, so the hissyfit ended up losing your store money. Well done

Super friendly service every time I'm here... ‐ * EVEN at 3:30 in the morning! And they always give us fresh, hot food & fast... *again also/even at 3:30 in the morning, which is very impressive!I didn't even get an attitude when we asked for special order fries with no salt... ?? the third shift employees all definitely deserve a raise in my opinion! - because when you have good employees like that you want to do what it takes to keep them around.I'm always VERY HAPPY with their service & so from now on I will just drive a couple extra miles out of my way to come to this location instead of the one right down the street from my house (*which they CLAIM is open 24 hours, but when I went there last time it was only for door dash!? *AGAIN, IT WAS THE LOCATION on HAYES & 19 THAT SAID DOOR DASH ONLY; -which makes absolutely no sense to me!! ???♀️)

What kinda place doesn’t let you place a regular order if you have a mobile order not tryna be a Karen but I’ve managed multiple fast food restaurants and that’s never been a thing one order per car yes but if someone wanted to place a regular order on top of mobile never a issues mobiles should be done when they get here so doing another order won’t mess up drive thru

Previous worker here. Owners ableist and abusive and the entire place is an OSHA violation. They don't clean their dishes either, every single one is covered is grime.Don't work here, don't eat here. I'd give a 0 star if it were possible.

I went here and specifically asked for 2 burger patties WITHOUT onion for my dog and she said not a problem I will let them know. I was even pulled forward to wait for these patties and then I get them and they are drenched in onions. Plus even the double cheeseburger I got looked like it had EXTRA onions. ? I'm gonna stick with my usual location. There was so much onions on the double cheeseburger its almost like they did it intentionally.
If I no could leave 0 stars I would staff was rude and completely messed up our order, food was nasty I wouldn’t go here if I were you.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Michigan. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. They obviously do not care about their business. 3/3 times I’ve tried ordering from this location, their app/online ordering has been down. You would think such a consistent issue would be handled but I guess not. Kiss your deals through the McDonald’s app goodbye as they are irrelevant here. Take your late night food craving somewhere else where they actually know how to run their establishment!
