The brunette manager lady is always such a a sweet heart. Very attentive. My kid dumped her entire ice cream on the freshly mopped floor and started crying but the manager lady immediately made her feel better and had her laughing and helped her make a new one. It's always a great experience. Very clean. Will be back

Came in today excited for a sweet treat. Then the lady who claims she’s the “manager” comes out with an attitude, to begin with I wasn’t even rude to Her . She starts cashing me out when she snatched out the money out of my hand and I tell her “ you don’t need to snatch it” then she proceeds to throw the change at me which was totally unnecessary. She wasn’t even out in the front at all until the end which is super unprofessional.

Went to this specific location the other day, the owner/ manager woman was so rude. I think her name was something with a J. Treated her employers poorly as well. No customer service at all. Yogurt was pretty sour too. Would not recommend. Toppings were stale

They used to have more choices of fruit. There was no kiwi last time. But waffle chips are free... and made fresh. Just watch your kids what the pur in their bowls bc everything in your bowl is filled by weight at the end . A lil pricey, but uouvget what you pay for.4.5 stars

Alec there helped bring up the service to a 5/5, great guy and super friendly and helpful.The main issue with menchies is just the price is getting a little far out of reach recently. It is even harder since you are not offered taste test sample cups anymore so you commit to a flavor you may not even care for.Still good though for a 4/5 though!

What's not to love when they have everything under the sun to add to your ice cream 😻
I ordered from grubhub and my frozen yogurt was delivered to me looking like a bowl of soup. Disappointing to pay 13 dollars not including tip to receive melted frozen yoghurt. Ive been here in person with no issues so when i ordered i assumed they would give the driver a icepack or something considering people are paying over 10 dollars for ice cream.

Pros: Variety and quality of toppings, waffle cup isn't an additional charge.Cons: I got the peanut butter and chocolate frozen yoghurts, both were mid at best, especially for the price. The chocolate in particular is pretty bad. Some of the other flavors are a bit better. My waffle cup was also a bit stale.If you like the self-serve experience with tons of toppings, this place is still great. Otherwise, you're better off going to a custard or ice cream shop. Cheaper and most likely will taste better too.
