There was no where to sit so we took down chairs and the staff asked us to put them back when I declined the girl working went and got a guy from the back and as people got up he slammed the chairs and tables back together- mind you this is at 5:30p on a Thursday. The people walking had no where to sit. Weird place

This place is dirty, very dirty. Dirty scooping utensils, cherries were mushy and rotten. New candy is just added on top of the old stuff leaving the containers dirty. Oh and the floors are sticky and chairs are dirty too.

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

They email you a promotion for half off drive 20 minutes away to get there and then tell you that it was only from 3 o’clock to 6 o’clock at this certain location. Pretty petty to send your good customers a deal only to shaft them in the end. I feel bad for the young girl having to explain to customers that they are getting ripped off.

My family came in today to get Bogo ice cream because I got an email for the offer today. We had to stop coming for a while because for a family of 3 it was over $35 for ice cream, so I figured with the deal going on it would be affordable. Wrong … this location only was offering bogo from 3-6 hand written on the sign … such a scam…won’t ever be back.

The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves. We came here for bogo and when we walked in the young girl at the counter said it ended at 6. Limited hours were never advertised. Instead of the manager being out there to handle annoyed customers, they let this poor girl deal with it. We frequented here quite a bit as we live very close but will never return here again. If you are going to only offer something for a limited amount of time, you should advertise that. Terrible business practice.

The lady in the picture below is actually so sweet, one of the main reasons we visit! She is always so kind to my kids- and I’ve also seen her interact with other customers in the same way. She’s always cleaning and making sure the establishment looks nice. We look forward to seeing her again this week:)

The brunette manager lady is always such a a sweet heart. Very attentive. My kid dumped her entire ice cream on the freshly mopped floor and started crying but the manager lady immediately made her feel better and had her laughing and helped her make a new one. It's always a great experience. Very clean. Will be back
The lady who said she was the manger was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. She needs to be fired immediately.

Came in today excited for a sweet treat. Then the lady who claims she’s the “manager” comes out with an attitude, to begin with I wasn’t even rude to Her . She starts cashing me out when she snatched out the money out of my hand and I tell her “ you don’t need to snatch it” then she proceeds to throw the change at me which was totally unnecessary. She wasn’t even out in the front at all until the end which is super unprofessional.

Went to this specific location the other day, the owner/ manager woman was so rude. I think her name was something with a J. Treated her employers poorly as well. No customer service at all. Yogurt was pretty sour too. Would not recommend. Toppings were stale
