No waitress waited on our table for 25 minutes. Waitress ignored several tables. We had to ask another employee to take our order since the we were completely ignored for so long. Won’t be back until their internal issues get resolved and their waitress in question decides to care more about their customers.
My husband takes my sons to Nick’s for breakfast every weekend because it’s their favorite. I’ve taken them a couple times recently and I have to say that not only is the food great, but the staff is also amazing. They always remember us and no matter how busy they are, they are always smiling and always take the time to talk to us. Such a great family restaurant in our township. 🙂
Normally no complaints but today is a different story!!! if your front staff stayed off their phones and be more attentive to their customers maybe my coffee wouldn’t be dry until the end of my meal…every front staff was on their phone this morning!!!
