Long waits even with reservation. Disrespectful hostess and manager. Watched uncoordinated chaos while tables sat open and then were moved and moved back. Just to be sat 30 min later. Watched blatant rudeness to others.
What's the point of having reservation here? Had an 1130 reservation for 4, finally seated about 1210, after others with an 1145 reservation were seated. (we arrived at 1120) Front of house staff extremely RUDE. Sophia rudely told me she's worked there a long time & knows what she's doing! Manager on duty, Grace, also rude and condescending. Every single time my fiancé and I have tried coming to this place, we get turned away. It’s either over an hour wait or today, we had to be turned away completely due to a full list of reservations. If you’re that busy on a weekend, you should probably either not do reservations at all OR post something claiming reservations are the only way to get seated. Poor planning, poor organization and horrible customer service. Do better. We will never return.
