Had a 2pm reservation on Valentine's Day and were not notified (by the website) that the kitchen was closing early that day for a Valentine's dinner event at 5pm. Only once we got there were we informed by the server that they were closing the kitchen in 30 minutes and we had only 20 minutes to order, receive our food, and eat. We were rushing our meals the whole time -- the server came back with to-go boxes when we hadn't even finished half our meal. Staff were nice but the system for reservation should have been much more communicative. I had to down my coffee that I had just started drinking.

Food was amazing. The place is very aesthetically pleasing. Our server was really good as well. Had a great time up until one of the ladies told us she was calling the police if we was gone by 4:20. They closed at 4, we were taking celebration pics to honor a gender reveal and at 4:14, we were threatened to leave or have the police called on us. So yeah, with that being said, don’t think I will be returning.

Our waitress was not on and off attentive. Brought drinks out after many other tables which were seated after us, even though we ordered immediately. Then they came out one at a time over 10 mins. A soda, a coffee, a mocktail and a water - one at a time! Coffee was really cold when brought out! Food was mixed. One item came out wrong. Avacado toast was barely warm and the toast was very burnt and apparent - but we waited so long, my wife scrapped and cut away the really bad sections. Wish it went better - understand it was a Sunday and not sure what the overall issues were.
Food looks good but it was so bland! They can do way better with exploring seasonings. Also, although the waiter was very nice the general management didn’t have a customer-first demeanor, which is sad because it’s very cute aesthetically. Wishing the best for their business though. I won’t be returning though.

Great place to go for brunch. Nice atmosphere, xcellent selection, high quality ingredients, cooked to perfection and great service as well. A hidden gem in Shelby Twp.
I had a very disappointing experience at Rose Brunch House, mainly because of the hostess, Bella.
We were there to celebrate my sister’s 29th birthday, and instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed and uncomfortable from the very beginning.
Before arriving, I called to ask if there were any gluten-free options, since I cannot eat gluten. Bella responded in a very dismissive and disrespectful way and said, “No, you can only eat eggs here.” The tone was extremely rude and unhelpful.
While we were on our way to the restaurant, she called us twice because we were going to be about five minutes late, and told us that we would need to place our order immediately when we arrived.
When we walked in, we were not greeted at all. The first thing she said was, “If you bring a cake it’s going to be $25,” and then pointed and said, “The table is right there.” There was no welcome, no kindness, and no basic customer service.
To make things worse, while we were still trying to enjoy my sister’s birthday cake, she interrupted us and asked, “Do you need a box for your cake?” before we were even finished eating. It made us feel extremely rushed and unwelcome during what was supposed to be a special moment.
A birthday celebration should feel warm and memorable, not stressful. Unfortunately, the hostess’s attitude completely took away from the experience.

a little on the pricier side but food is totally worth it, and the portions are also good for what you pay. Will have to definitely come back sometime I can have a cocktail

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brunch perfection at Rose House Brunch! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel taken care of without ever feeling rushed, which is exactly what you want for a relaxed brunch experience. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. Every dish tasted thoughtfully prepared and exceeded expectations. And the brunch drinks? Incredible. Creative, delicious, and the perfect complement to the menu—easily some of the best brunch cocktails around. Rose House Brunch truly nails the full experience: amazing food, excellent service, and a fun, inviting atmosphere. If you're in Shelby Township and love brunch, this spot is a must. We'll definitely be back again (and again). 🥂🍳✨

My bacon was sitting in the window for ten minutes before I said something to Isabella the bartender who was completely rude from the very beginning as she was more focused on closing and letting us know the kitchen is closing so I need to basically hurry up. I am a bartender/manager and I would never act like this especially when we aren’t busy. No refills on our drinks which were water because she never offered any drinks to us. Very unpleasant and I will not be back date 1/2/26 at 3 pm

Layout poor, people waiting are watching everyone eat, super uncomfortable. service TERRIBLE! they had us wait 25 minutes after saying 15 and no one ever came. Staff went in the back. Saw 5 tables leave and not even busy. Didn't even get served. Staff un attentive and terrible will never come back. Unfortunately too because the menu looked good, disappointed in the service is an understatement

The atmosphere is very cute. However, the service is very slow. The food was under prepared, sent back several dishes because the food was cold and the salmon was undercooked. Toast not toasted, eggs very dry, Omelet cold, no cheese, Pancakes cold. Not the best experience to celebrate a birthday New Years Eve. Very disappointing 😞

I would love to give this place more stars because the food is great and so cute but service was horrible. Our waitress never came back to check in with us until she was delivering food, over an hour after our first drink. Loss for her and the restaurant because we would have ordered much more. She was rude and cold. And then rushed us at the end to leave when she was painfully slow the entire time. We left and went to another spot and had a way better time. Won’t be coming back.

The pictured entrees plus one coffee and one non alcoholic beverage came to $75, $90 with tip.
