Symere and Lily are the most awesome team i’ve ever talked to at a starbucks. They were both super kind and funny. Great service. On the other hand patrick was a bit bad if really need to talk about personality with that guy. but over all amazing! (please mess with patrick im joking about him he did good too.)

Order taker was rude. Acted like me ordering through the drive thru was a disturbance to her. They were also out of large drink cups, which makes no sense, since this is your main source of income. After all of this, I was given all the wrong drinks. No wonder you’re losing business.

No oatmeal for the matcha with the lavender and oat milk. The server asked do I want to substitute another milk but can't recommend which one would go best in it. I saw no Lavender in the drink nor did I taste it. Then my large drink was full of foam, barely any drink. He didn't give me my receipt I had to ask for it.

Can somebody please tell Lisa to keep her fingers out of the cups! She does it every time she's a cashier it drives me nuts! Get your fingers out of my drink! She went from touching the computer to wiping the sweat off of her forehead to touching the marker then she grabbed the cup by the rim and at least three of her fingers went in touching the inside of the cup, it was so gross! Besides that they make great coffee and are usually nice.

Great service and they always make my drinks just right . I stopped in today due to dropping my husbands order from another Starbucks.. so glad they were able to recreate the drink. I really appreciate them.

Went in for just a coffee. The line was long but after waiting a while I noticed there was only ONE worker, Kristy, she was very patient and kept a smile on her face while waiting on the growing line ahead of her. Everyone made compliments on how well she was doing. I do have to say typically at other locations when there is only one person it’s a mess. Kristy did amazing at keeping up, clean, timely and making drinks perfect.
I have never been impressed with Starbucks because I think their prices are too high and I noticed dairy items being left unrefrigerated, and not put directly back into refrigeration, they're baked items are always stale specifically the cake pops, the staff was extremely slow and not very friendly, and I guess the atmosphere was okay because it was in a JC Penney, so I shopped during my long wait,I could almost touch JCP merch from the line
