I had the smoky chicken and swiss sandwich with sweet potato fries. Absolutely delicious. I only rated the food a 4 however because my fiancee ordered the patty melt and said his beef was a tad bit undercooked but ate it anyway. Flavor was good though.

The food was so great but our server was kind of rude :/ There was one of her long black hairs in my mother in law's dinner, and she rolled her eyes when my father in law asked for more coffee. Will definitely be going back for the food but will probably request a different server because we loved the meal and the atmosphere! Probably just an off night for her but it definitely affected our experience.

Comfortable atmosphere with a nice looking menu but the worst service ever, we sat for over 2 hours waiting for food, at first we thought they must be busy but a large group that came in 5 minutes after us ordered food and drink then more drinks then got up and left before we got our food, our server was awol for 30 minutes at a time.we had to go to the bar for drinks, at first we were joking that are server went home for lunch .maybe just hanging out in the back room.

A group of us came down from Cadillac,Mi and rented an AIRBNB a mile up the road from the Stony Lake Inn.We stopped and had dinner Thursday and everything was excellent and super friendly.Christina the Server/Bartender was incredible.We had so much fun we came back Saturday afternoon and we were lucky enough to have Christina wait on us again!!!

I’ve never had a bad meal here. Sure it may be unpolished in appearance and the waitstaff have a lot of hard work when it’s full but the food is always delicious. I’d recommend the KBC Widowmaker on tap and anything that catches your eye on the menu. Drink the beer, enjoy the meal, then head to the beach for the sunset.

There was a very loud bunch of people that were so loud, you couldn’t even carry on a conversation on over their noise. Our orders came out wrong, the order for no onions came out with onions. The order with chips came out with fries, which tasted fine but weren’t ordered and cost extra. Very pricey! No desire to return.

The advertised prices are wrong. I got chicken tenders, advertised priced was $6.99, I was charged $10.99. Perch dinner was advertised at $17.99, we were charged $27.99. Bill was $42 for chicken tenders and perch dinner. Ridiculous.
