We went through the drive thru. The typical automated voice came on, no real voice the automated (AI) voice is now taking the order. They couldnât get it right. I hate automated phone systems and canât believe now theyâre taking over drive thrus. I had to request a real person to get my order correct. Worker at the window said he canât do anything about it.
