I stopped here omw to BK because my scooter was dying. I ask the woman working there today (Monday around noon) about food. She says they don't have any but I can grab something from across the street. I say ok, I'ma grab lil Caesar and I'll be back. I come back order, she has me pay before she starts making it, I go to sit down and she says owner doesn't allow outside food in the store. Say that first before I waste my money and my time. Poor service, and wasn't even good looking to act that way.

disappointed in the consumer service the girls didn't have a friendly vibe, they didnt have a welcoming attitude, Gina is the coolest one very friendly vibes and she will come out her way but the one thing i like was the strawberry banana smoothie

Just wishing I’d been warned…. All I wanted was hot coffee from a local shop, and to sit at a clean table and address some envelopes. The server was friendly and personable, the white chocolate latte good… but ahem. A nice church lady in her 50’s is clearly NOT the target customer! Whoops!!!

Came in on a whim after seeing Madelyn on the instagram page wearing the lions jersey. After many great recommendations Amber made me a dirty chai, it was delightful. I hope I get to see more of these two in the future, goodbye Dunkin and hello hot spot!
New to America, I’m from England, and had no clue what the hot spot was but I’m so glad I came in today! The gorgeous Madelyn recommended her favourite drink, white chocolate mocha with cinnamon, and it will be my new go to. Not only did she make my drink, she made my day . Great conversation from both Amber and Madelyn I was almost late for work. The Asian persuasion is a real thing guys

Talent has gone down hill I remember when every girl that worked here was a 10 now it looks like they will hire anyone. So I only stop when certain girls are working that I know from being a long time customer. Some of the new girls are rude and not much to look at this is supposed to be the Hot Spot not the Mediocre Spot. There is one girl there that openly told me it's her job to try and take advantage of customers personally I think that's bad business so I highly avoid the place when she works. The coffee is pretty good and half the girls offer good conversation and fast service but it's a far cry from how nice it used to be. Hell everytime I pass the shutdown one in Brighton it bums me out those were the good old days.

I normal tip twice or more what the cost of coffee because of 95% excellent service
