I'm sorry but I just don't care to come to this location.. it's on my way into work so it's convenient. I started going there and getting the same thing almost every time and I hardly ever receive my shots of espresso. I go to any other location— I get my shots of espresso. I know because I can simply taste the difference. My bagel is either half toasted, or has cream cheese so light I can barely taste it. I've unfortunately never raised it to their attention because they are not very approachable. None of them smile, say hello/good morning/have a nice day, which is not very inviting. Overall I'm disappointed in this location, I've tried many throughout the years of living in the area and this one just doesn't give me the Tim Hortons experience I'm used to.

Today I had a breakfast Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissant Combo with a Hash Brown and Coffee! Great food and Fantastic Service!
I will never understand How does this store never has hash browns readily available ? 🍳 🥔 8:30 AM is peak time, they should have hashbrowns? 9 AM is also morning rush and they don’t have hashbrowns… Take your business another mile and a half away to the one by the highway (53) never are out of items and they stand by their saying “always fresh“
It doesn’t make sense to me to not be prepared. The wait time for fresh hashbrowns is 20 minutes.
Update again, Saturday, October 5 at 9 AM. They do not have hashbrowns.
Update again, Sunday, October 6 at 10 AM… They do not have hashbrowns. What a joke of a location.
