Sorry not a good experience. Went through the drive through to get gift cards an the lady said that I had to come in to get them. So I have heath issues an disability issues, walk with a cane. So it was NOT good experience. Sorry not very convenient.

I have given this Tim hortons numerous chances. Worst customer service ever. First off, this location closes earlier than its time They either drop the change on the floor and expect me to get out of the car and get it or they don’t give the change at all! I will never come to this location. EVER

As a visitor from New York, my very first experience with Tim Hortons was at this location, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting the stage for a truly positive visit.
Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh, which made for a fantastic first impression. What really stood out, though, was their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They had no problem making adjustments to our order to account for some allergies, which was a huge relief and a testament to their excellent customer service.
This Tim Hortons location is truly a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh meal and a fantastic experience!

The workers were so mean to my grandma 😭 she wanted to pay with gift cards and they verbally had an issue with it for no reason. They made us pull forward away from the window (we ordered two coffees and three lemonades) and then came out with the drinks and the worker rolled his eyes when my elderly grandma couldn’t grab the cup holder of four full drinks through the car window while he was literally bending reaching over the gate. He should have came out the gate or waited for one of us to get out of the car. And the coffee isn’t even good 😭😭 I’ve worked service industry my whole life and these men were so rude, never treat a senior citizen like this (and we tipped them)
This Tim Hortons is the absolute best!! Always clean and well stocked, friendly fast service and the food is always great!!! The steak chipotle wrap is soooo good!!!

This is the most efficient drive thru I have ever gone through. Minimal wait (less than 3 minutes, and the line was long when I got there., but not from cars just waiting, but the 4 that pulled in in front of me on top of the 3 already there) I placed a quite large order for my coworkers and I and not once did I have to repeat myself and the entire order was correct. Looking in through the window, the whole area was clean, there was clear communication between staff members and EVERYONE was smiling and polite. THANK YOU to the amazing staff! The leadership there must be just that, LEADERSHIP.
