Rude customer service. Tried to refuse to replace a donut in an order because i chose the wrong one. Only when i threatened to leave did they switch it out.

Absolute rudest service I’ve ever received at a Tim Hortons. The woman taking orders at the drive thru was completely rude acting like you are a problem instead of a customer. When you pull up to the window she did everything but snatch the card out of your hand. Time for new staff, the woman with way too much makeup isn’t it!

**Update: owner had them redo my order, but i wanted to wait until after an additional visit since I was asked to change my review after having order fixed. I stand behind my review and went there one more time to order their *advertised* in their lobby $6 halloween bucket refill and again they informed me it's not $6 even though they are advertising that. I went to the hall road tim hortons this morning and was delighted when my $6 refill bucket was $6!!** I think it's time for me to go to one of the other tim hortons. I bought a halloween timbits bucket last week for the full price and even more so because they are offering $6 refills (advertised by a poster in the drive through!!). I went to get a refill for my kids due to them having a good week at school and the lady kept telling me no it's still 10.99 unless you have an empty bucket and I said I already have one I bought one. I need the refill, she told me it's still 10.99. She knew what I was saying because she gave me the refill in a tim hortons bag. I also ordered a sandwich drink and donut and noticed I was being charged individually so I pointed it out and told her no I'd like it in a meal. She said the computer automatically does it. I relied so if it doesn't I have to pay individually even though I'd like the meal? She said yes. Once I got home I went to go eat my cheese panini....these used the heel of the bread for one side, it was cold and none of the cheese was melted (I made sure to take a photo). I called another tim hortons to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding their promotions and they told me I can bring my empty halloween timbits bucket and it's for sure $6. Besides being overcharged the lady taking orders through drive thru was rude and seemed to lack customer service.

Rude service. It wasn’t busy and I went through the drive thru to order just a sandwich on my way home from work. They seemed annoyed I was there and didn’t even look at me. I think I’ll stick with my Tim Hortons in Clarkston by my work. Much friendlier there

I come to this location every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before work and the two girls there are so nice and friendly but also quick which is much appreciated!
Friendly staff, amazing food, coffee is always consistent. The best Tim Hortons around. Morning staff is my favorite and she always tells me to have a super day! :)
