Managers: please train your team to:1) Ask if customer wants a sleeve... most TH's simply add sleeves to drinks without asking2) Provide receipts. It's bizarre to have to ask. While you are at it, please clean your printer, the receipts are illegible.Otherwise, all good

This place needs to get training from the 23 hayes location. I always drive the extra 10-20 minutes. This location has the worst coffee, it always tastes bad I stopped going here. Also, they're super slow, don't let the short lines fool you. They will take forever, go somewhere else.

We get carmel iced coffees pretty much every day and each time we have to go back in to have them remade. Most of the time the employee will argue with us and give us attitude about having to make them again. We literally get the same order everyday. We are done. This is the worst Tim Hortons.

genuinely terrible experience, they told us to pull forward, we waited about 10 minutes and then they forgot our drink. we were told to pull through the drive through again which now had a long line and had to wait another 15 in that line just to get a coffee that wasnt good with nothing said to us when we finally got to the window and got it
