Came here to get my usual iced coffee and received a hot coffee instead. However, the young lady who usually runs drive thru during the afternoons (she wears glasses) made sure I got my correct drink quickly and accurately. It’s rare to have this happen nowadays in food service so I just wanted to highlight this employee’s kindness!
Came here to get some donuts for my grandkids and try something new. Girl with pink hair helped me at counter and kindly recommended the iced mocha. 10/10 recommendation! The service here is splendid!
Customer service is A+. My coffee is always great quality, and that means something coming from a regular customer to this location. Today’s reason for a good review was my acknowledgment that I keep returning because of great drive thru service. I picked up my coffee this morning without my ETA to work changing on the GPS.
