I always go to this Tim Hortons . It is the best location you can go to. I know when I go there they always make my coffee delicious, compared to the other locations. One time I complained about service I had received from one of the employees and that they messed up my order so I filed a complaint, the manager reached out to me and gave me a refund and apologized for any inconvenience. The employees are always super nice and try to get everything done quick and easy. Never have had a problem, and even if there was any issues they always made sure to do whatever they can to correct it. 👌

The service is always good here. They upsell and get me a lot. Coffee isn't consistant, specialty drinks are never done the same. Just wish they made sure they were giving the same product, everytime. Ik kids work here, but they can get it, I just think some training on the new staff would be a wise investment. Sometimes I get annoyed, I have bought a coffee from this location, tasted it is, threw it out and drove to 19/Hayes to get it done right. I go here bc it's...
