Probably the best location I've been to so far in regards to customer service.While the staff tends to be pretty young (teens to early 20s), everyone here seems to understand the value of a smile and good customer service.
Ordered, for the first time, online pickup. The ordering process was fine, straight forward, no complaints there.I ordered two smoothies and a hummus wrap. The smoothies were fine as well, nothing spectacular.The hiccup is with the hummus wrap. I noted no tomato, because I have an allergy. When I got home I inspected the wrap, and it appeared there weren't any, so I took a bite, and lo and behold, there were tomatoes.Thankfully I noticed quick enough and no harm done. The staff here is amazing... they work their tails off. We are just down the road, so I stop in often to grab smoothies and/or food for the team. On the very rare occasion when there has been any error, they've made it more than right for me (and I think that has been 2x out of probably 25 orders). I've watched them bustle around while waiting inside - and just in awe of how hard they hustle and sling fruit and ice! I can't really compare to other stores but I do love coming...read full review
