Terrible service. I asked for 3 scoops of whey protein—specifically so it wouldn’t go to waste—and the employee responded with unnecessary rudeness. This location has really gone downhill. Do yourself a favor and go to the 23 & Van Dyke location instead—the staff there is much friendlier. I won’t be coming back here. If you over make the drink it shouldn’t be the customers fault when you order a drink with three scoops of whey protein I’m expecting my whey protein and not get screw over and the employee throw it out and be rude to you!

Food had hair in it, 10 strands to be exact black curly hair. Food was tagged for specifications they ignored them. Smoothies were watery and they gave my smoothie to someone in the drive thru then to me. Awful service they were nice at least.

I ordered an advance pickup for 12:30 today 12/19 and whoever was on drive thru window was just so rude. She gives me my order, which is 100% incorrect because she didn’t bother to check the order at all. She then tells me “someone took my order” which means she gave away my order and says they have to remake it. I wait 20 minutes and say nothing and all she does and look at me to signal my food is ready and I say “thank you” and all she says is “yup” and gives me a look like I was the one that inconvenienced her instead of apologizing or anything. Waste of my money and time

I normally tip 20% to wait staff and other positions that are not already fully paid by the employer. I choose not to tip employees who are only preparing my food without waiting a table. I think some establishments have become obnoxious at asking for tips in this position. This particular location especially. I chose “no tip” when paying our bill. The hand held credit card receiver actually returned the message “bad tip” after I submitted my payment. The cashier must have had the credit card machine programmed to respond with this message, idk, but it happened. Demanding, even asking, for tips in these employment positions is truly rude and obnoxious, and is a current trend that I personally do not appreciate. Instead of being ashamed of their behavior, they are now blatantly insulting customers who do not tip at their demand. Shame

Flatbread was inedible. Tasted burnt, banana was rancid and put in the flatbread in a way that made it impossible to eat without making a mess and the honey was only on the rancid bananas

went to your location and doors were locked. hours say open til 9pm but it's only 8pm. fix your hours online if you don't close at 9pm thanks

Lexi needs to be demoted. I got a drink that was full of sharp plastic pieces I went for a refund and she didn’t believe me and made me drink it again to pull out a piece just to prove to her that she tried to kill us with a drink. Horrible service by her. Definitely reporting to the health department I have pictures and videos of everything and her nasty attitude, the most they did was a refund for my cut throat. AWFUL.
