My roommate went to pick us up some smoothies and sandwiches, and she ordered two turkey sandwiches, a super green caesar chicken wrap for me and three smoothies. They only gave her the two turkey sandwiches and my roomate did not realize the wrap was missing until she went out to her car. Once she realized, she went back in to get the wrap and they told her because she left the building there was no way they could prove she didn't eat it. The wrap was FOR ME!! She told them that she didn't even like the wrap and she wouldn't have eaten it and she was only gone for less than a minute. They asked the person making the sandwiches if she made it and she confirmed she did not. They also did NOT offer her a refund and said if they were to give her a refund they would have to do it for the entire order. What horrible service. Absolutely way too overpriced to be acting like that to customers, have some common sense. This is coming from someone who also works in food service. We are never coming back to this location.

Smoothies and food are good but please STOP asking for tips for drive thru orders! You are not a dine in restaurant with servers and waiters. If you want your employees to make more money then pay them more and stop trying to pass the buck to your customers!

The employee who was taking my order through the drive thru decided to take the trash out mid order and she swore about having a hard time with the door. And then there was a long piece of hair inside my wrap that I pulled from my mouth. Disgusting.

i usually get doordash, it’s always such a complicated order because of the spend 25 save 7 thing on doordash (sorry) but they always make it perfectly, never had a bad drink.

Ordered the Thai Chicken Salad through the drive-thru and they gave it to me with no chicken. Almost $9 for a bowl of lettuce and dressing. By the time we got home and noticed it they were closed for the evening.
Terrible service. I asked for 3 scoops of whey protein—specifically so it wouldn’t go to waste—and the employee responded with unnecessary rudeness. This location has really gone downhill. Do yourself a favor and go to the 23 & Van Dyke location instead—the staff there is much friendlier. I won’t be coming back here. If you over make the drink it shouldn’t be the customers fault when you order a drink with three scoops of whey protein I’m expecting my whey protein and not get screw over and the employee throw it out and be rude to you!

Food had hair in it, 10 strands to be exact black curly hair. Food was tagged for specifications they ignored them. Smoothies were watery and they gave my smoothie to someone in the drive thru then to me. Awful service they were nice at least.
