We've been here several times and it's not that the staff wasn't friendly, it's just a little bit slow today. It wasn't that busy. I don't understand the hold up today. She may have been the only waitress at that time maybe?The food is always good though. And of course the staff was nice. All in all it's worth the stop.

We stayed at a vrbo for the weekend and Yankee Boy was close so we decided to check it out for lunch. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They serve breakfast anytime and I ordered eggs benedict. The cheese curds were hot and delicious. Everyone's meal was tasty and hit the spot. The atmosphere was a cozy local eatery with antique pictures and decor. If you are ever in town, I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Atmosphere- The vibe is casual, family americana, family, crowd, . A mixture of mainly Families and locals

The dress code is comfortable, casual.
Interior - Americana, Northern Michigan, lots of interesting old family and logging photos.

9/10 Venue AND Service, a little slow, but very busy.
