South Pier Creamery is a fantastic ice cream shop in downtown South Haven. The ice cream is tasty, there's a ton of choice and fresh made cones. Service was also excellent. Recommended.

Very unique ice cream flavors. They have ice cream from a few local vendors and they make their own vegan and gluten free ice cream! Their vegan gf peanut butter cookie is the star of the show! The staff is very friendly. This is a MUST go if you are in SOHA.

I ordered a cup of yellow cake batter with chocolate chips on top. Delicious dessert after a day at the beach. They also sold deli meats and I picked up some prosciutto and provolone cheese as a snack. They offer lots of decadent options for your ice cream such as chocolate dipped cones with mini M&M's.

It’s unfortunate that this place treated my family very rude at check out, the girls serving ice cream were great trying to help me with our large order. I had family visiting from Mexico so language was a barrier as I was translating to try to get everyone’s order. They had me move down the line to keep the orders going, one of my nephews went way past the check out and the cashier screamed at him that he couldn’t go past the line until his parent paid for his ice cream, which obviously we were going to but unnecessary to scream at a 6 year old. With it being a large order the cashier seemed overwhelmed and frustrated that I had to go back and fourth of speaking in Spanish and asked a coworker to help bc she new Spanish. Though the Ice cream was delicious, my family visiting from Mexico felt discriminated and very uncomfortable.

My brother in law got a scoop of ice cream and it had ice shards all through out it. He went back in to ask for another scoop and the man behind the counter said to just turn it over some ice just fell off the side of the bucket… didn’t say sorry or offer a new scoop and it was clearly filled with ice through out the entire scoop. Won’t be going back…

The ice cream had a very off-putting icy texture. Requested to exchange after the first bite and the manager argued some ice from the side of the freezer must have fallen in it. The gross icy texture was throughout the whole scoop. Inedible, 0/10 don't recommend.

Busy, busy! Efficient at taking orders, but we still had to wait 7ish minutes.
A little pricey, but I think it's worth it for the outstanding flavor selection.
Floats, milkshakes, sundaes, Blizzard/Mixer-equivalents.
Random local foods like sausage and quiches for sale in their fridges.

Dietary restrictions: No fewer than five dairy-free ice cream options—some were oatmilk based, some coconut milk, and some pea.
Plenty of ice creams marked as gluten-free, including a peanut butter ice cream with GF Oreos mixed in.

Top notch ice cream! Kids loved the homemade waffle cones. Also offer souvenirs and local meats. Be prepared to wait on the weekends in July. :)

Best savory and sweet options to sample by the beacg!vegan chocolate with oatmeal milk ice cream is delish as well. No outdoors seating- just make it a picnic.!

The owner attitude was absolutely disgusting. My husband and I brought our 3 daughters in. It was our very first time here. I wasn't feeling well due to the heat. My husband brought in our wagon. We didn't realize the place was so tiny. The owner was annoyed at us, and asked why my husband brought it in. He kept giving me a very annoyed irritated stare. He was rushing me and his employees. Offered everyone water accept us. Didn't say how was your day , or anything. Just cold stares. That's ok.... we won't be back and I'm used to men power tripping. His states didn't scare me one bit. Just showed me his true colors.
