Double chocolate sea salt on a waffle cone was excellent. A little pricey but the portion was generous.

A warm day in South Haven and a great day to eat ice cream at the South Pier Creamery & Market. Fast efficient service with many ice cream choices. Enjoyed my strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

I had a great cone and purchased some really good frozen beefalo meat !!

Great ice cream. Ask for a taste instead of a small cone unless you want a lot of ice cream

We came here on vacation. Our 3 year old daughter fell out of the doorway smashing her chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone ice cream. We went in, and the acting “supervisor” was heartless and uncaring. She told me because she didn’t witness my daughter falling, it was against company policy to give a new ice cream cone. She had zero sympathy, and zero care that my 3 year old still had wet tears, a scraped up foot, and a smashed cone. A customer in line ended up paying for our cone because the supervisor wouldn’t budge, and made us get back in line. I have NEVER had such a heartless experience, and although the ice cream and cone was delicious, we will not be back.

Yarnecia (could totally be spelled wrong, my apologies) was so kind and helpful when it came to accommodating our peanut allergy! The manager (perhaps?) literally talked over her like 3 times and confused us more. Also none of the other staff seemed educated on allergy safety, but thank you to Yarnecia!

Ice cream was okay, the salted Carmel espresso one was extremely salty, like I couldn't finish it. Good service though

Their ice cream flavor selection was impressive! I also appreciated the various cones they had to offer—it made the experience a tad more fun when picking out what to get. The value is there as well, with “one scoop” being a super generous amount. The staff member who rang us up was also very friendly and welcoming!

This place was great! Was very happy with the service and variety. They actually had a few non dairy ice cream options. I had the black cherry in a waffle cone and it was so good! They are also knowledgeable about their products that contain peanuts.

Ice cream and sundaes were delicious and just what you would want out of a little local creamery. The service was a little slow and some of the workers seemed a little confused but not a big deal.
