Ordered a meal with a chile relleno and the breading was soggy. The taste and mouthfeel was less than ideal. The server was seemingly willing to make it right. The owner, or manager, came out and told me that it’s always that way because they make them in the morning and reheat them. I appreciate the honesty but I don’t think it was the message he thought it was. They originally told me they’d give me a different item. Then the manager wasn’t willing to. I had one bite...

We love this place! They are always so kind, I have a green pepper allergy and they are willing to go out of their way to help me still have amazing delicious food. We have always had delicious food there. I've only had an error once (with an online order that could have even been my fault, And they more than made up for the error - went way above and beyond to make sure that we were happy) And we have eaten here or ordered online probably a total of at least 30 times.
