While most of our food was good, our service overshadowed any upside to the meal. Our server was sporadically available but was not interested in providing more than minimal service. He never mentioned the evening specials, we only caught a brief description from another server. He would disappear for extended periods of time. He never asked if we wanted another drink or water refills. While other servers were boxing up leftovers in nice handled bags, he tossed two Styrofoam boxes...
Had a lovely dinner at Dua Vino, fresh roasted vegetable salad was delicious. Matthew our server was knowledgeable, kind and attentive. The live sax was an unexpected bonus but it was too loud for the space. Priority should be for people to be able to talk to and hear each other, music should be secondary.
Came in on a Sunday, right at opening. Place was dead. There may have been more activity at the upstairs bar, but our party (of 4) choose to dine on the main floor. Great decor, staff was young, but very polite and attentive. Food was great! Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. We had a great experience dining with friends. Definitely would recommend it.
