I was in there yesterday. Waited at deli, no one came to assist us. My husband noticed one woman over by the fryer. He walked over where she might see or hear him. He asked (very politely) if she was also covering the deli. She loudly snarled, “I’m by myself here…leave me alone!” Loud enough 3-4 shoppers turned snd looked. So, we put back the 6/8 items we had in our basket and we “left her alone.” After many years of shopping at PT/8 Mile Kroger I will not go back in there. I know they’re short staffed. I know they’re stressed. But, that behavior is inexcusable, IMO.

Best donuts and pastries around. Always a hit at meetings! The raised glazed donuts are by far the best donuts I have ever had!

Very friendly staff. Usually like this store a lot better than South Lyon location for that reason. Clean and organized. However bagging groceries needs a revaluation at both locations. This was first bad experience at this one but they bagged heavy/too much in a bag and several bags broke on me. In the parking while I was trying to load the car. Thankfully the items fell into chart not the ground. But you should never have to rebag your own groceries in the parking lot. Disappointing

The staff is super polite and will even make custom items that might not be on the menu. The breakfast is the best in town and the donuts are amazing.

went to to some pack of lunch meat by bud and most of what was hanging was way out of date from FEB 1 2020. I went to the meat counter and asked for the person in charge of the lunch meat packs and they told me no one was in charge of that department. I told the guy about the out of dates packs that was probably aboy 4 packs and gave them to him he didn't even care on how hold they where or didn't even try to apologize. I feel right now there should not be any updates of food on the shelf also try and fill the shelves better I never can find any butter that this location.

I have lived in South Lyon for over twenty years and have seen this store go from good to bad. I recently hurt my knee and shopped for 30 min for 2 weeks. There was only 1 lane open for regular shoppers and 2 people with a lot of groceries in front of me and a man with a full cart like mine in back of me. I looked around and two workers were chatting by the corner so I asked if they would open another line. One lady said in her nastiest tone, “NO they couldn’t”! I said fine and walked out. With this town growing so much, your workers are getting more and more difficult and do not care about their work efforts. I am very disappointed in your store and workers. You will continue to lose more shoppers as long as you tolerate workers bad behavior.
