Witch's Hat Brewing Company is a popular spot with fast and friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Customers enjoyed delicious IPA's, including the popular Train Hopper IPA, and a variety of meals. The spinach dip was a hit as an appetizer. Visitors found the staff to be accommodating and attentive. The Boujee Burger was good, and the fries are heavily fried with a still soft potato-y interior. The fried pickle chips with spicy horseradish and sun dried tomato sauce were enjoyed, with the sauce being great. Flights with a hard cherry cider, Thrash punk coffee kolsch, Strawberry rhubarb, The kipper, and Squib kick were sampled. The Sweet Lou coffee stout is a great coffee beer. The Carne asada steak mac was good. The Fish & Chips and the Hat Smash Burger were absolutely delicious. This little unsuspecting brewery was a hit. The jalapeno corn chowder soup, fried pickles, and beet and goat cheese salad were tasty. The decor was wonderful, with many mugs hanging for the mug club. There is a large variety of on-site brewed beer, as well as mocktails. The place is great to bring your dogs, with a beautiful patio.
