“This is THE gem of South Lyon. I tried a dark beer sampler this evening. Every beer provided was distinctly different from the previous. I thoroughly enjoyed all five.Update: They are rocking the service during the COVID-19 pandemic. We ordered beer earlier in the day for curbside pickup and ended up coming back in the late afternoon for a dinner run. The food was fantastic and my Bumble Bee seltzer was delicious. I feel comfortable stating this is the best food we've had in South Lyon. Thanks for making it easy for us to receive food safely during the time of social distancing.“

“This was our first time visiting Karl's cabin. Our dinner was AMAZING! I had the chicken Piccata and my husband had the Steak Dip. We also tried the creamy crab dip (best appetizer ever) and I had the broccoli soup (amazing). Highly recommend making a reservation. Only downside was the loud atmosphere. We will definitely be back!“

“We went there with a group from work. The pizzas were amazing and piping hot. We had a birthday in the group and they made a dessert pizza that tasted like a churro (to the next level). Great service, great atmosphere and great taste. Definitely a high recommendation to visit this place. We will be back and I will be taking my family here soon.“

“We had a great time here. The owners are so kind and focused on taking care of the customers. The outdoor seating area is fantastic with plenty of shade and we had a great time with the giant Connect 4 game. All the other customers were friendly and clearly enjoying themselves. We can't wait to come back!“

“Yet to try this place but have heard good things! The cocktails were great and lots of unique options. We have a country fried chicken which the chicken was crunchy and gravy was delicious. Cornbread is a bit bland for me and mash too. My friend chicken sando was also great! The service was great and quick. Forgot to add the crab cakes were divine! Highly recommend that but I'll be back to try different items!“

“Bennett is the best! We were looking for somewhere local that made mango sago for a surprise for one of our kids, and we figured out that Marupo's Egg Tarts used to sell the dish. When we explained our idea, Bennett said he would make a special batch just for our family! We picked it up yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. All of their other treats look great too. So happy to have found this local business!“

For drinks, the Red Maple is by far the best Red beer my husband and I have ever had ? I also loved the Prickly Pear Shandy, and my husband loved the Wild SammberriesThere are no wrong choices here!Kid-friendliness: Had our 3 and 1 year olds with us. They have nonalcoholic beverages, children's cups, booster chairs, and a kid's menu. The atmosphere was very welcoming to them—we did come at a quiet time though. The servers danced and waved at our 1 year old who was happily mirroring back to them. It was good, welcoming, and they also have outdoor/patio seating if needs be“

“I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. First, Tim was extremely attentive and sweet. The last time we were there was a year ago and he recognized us.We did the beer flights- I chose all the fruity beers. Husband chose the porters and some others. My favorites were the strawberry and cider, but their coffee beer was phenomenal!Meg was another amazing person. Her artwork on the beer menu was so impressive. She, like Tim, was super sweet and attentive.We played darts, drank beer, and had a wonderful evening.“

They have outdoor seating with walk up ordering or even the convenience of a drive thru. Every time we go they appear to be clean and organized and of course we always enjoy our yummy sweet treats!“

It's welcoming, open, spotless, and fresh. Perfectly located with lots of parking. It's a must try in downtown Brighton.“

“We stopped to try and loved the coffees we ordered The staff was helpful and pleasant. Offered suggestions and explained some of the items. They have a light menu of pastries that looked excellent too. Sitting areas inside and outside. Nice shop. Worth a stop.“

“This is the BEST custard we've had in the area! We are from Wisconsin, where custard is everywhere, and since moving to MI, we have been on the hunt for the same quality. And we found it! The service was fast and friendly, and we loved the summer vibe inside and outside the shop. This is our go-to custard shop from now on!“

“Went to open mic night on a Monday. Liked the atmosphere a lot. Service was excellent!! Waitstaff was kind and friendly and on top of things. Great ambiance. The prices for a Monday and no happy hour on a Monday was a bit off putting. On average beers were $8 (basic beer). White claws $6.50. Sliders $2 each. Chips and salsa $4. I thought the food was good and decent prices but beers were pretty pricey.“

“This is a regular stop for us, but we just had some amazing biscuits and gravy today that I had to rave about! They are on special and not a regular menu item, but I hope they get added! Paired with their house made Bloody Mary it was perfect. Great service and staff as always.“

“I've been there only once before. Unfortunately I do not remember what I had last time. The look and taste of the food was great. I truly did like it. My only complaint is the butter on my pizza crust. It almost smelled bad and a overwhelming smell of "bad restaurant" . The presentation and taste of everything else was exceptional. It was only that butter. The 2 guys that helped me were fantastic. I still will stop again(when I have time) 1/24/24 at about 11:30. Great job guys.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs only flat ground.“

“The ambiance of this locally-owned family joint is awesome. Whether you want to have a nice family dinner or a cocktail with a local (or by yourself) at the bar, you're in good hands. The customer service is outstanding and the food is on the up & up. I ordered this "special" dinner for my own diet purposes and these are probably the best veggies I've ever had in Milford. “My absolute favorite Italian restaurant. The atmosphere here is lovely. Quaint little place and the decor makes you feel like you are in Italy. Can't wait until the new location in Lansing opens up closer to my home. I hope it is similar and not just a pizzeria style place.“
