Do NOT eat here with Gluten allergies. Asked for corn tortillas. Corner we sat in was dark and waiter took :25 to get our order. They crisped up the tortillas so much I thought they were corn. They were flour. Now today I’ve been sick all day. This is NOT something you can mix up with allergies!!! I missed it and should have sent it back when waiter swore they were corn. Flat. Out. Lie that has cause me dearly. The ones I took home and looked at today are clearly flour. Corn doesn’t hold together that way. Horrible experience. Don’t go.

Dietary restrictions: Do not go here if you have actual dietary issues. They will lie about what is served and how it’s prepared. Horrible experience for someone with severe gluten intolerance.

A new addition to the local dining scene, offering a charming ambiance and a delightful patio perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. The restaurant's decor is vibrant and inviting, with colorful murals and traditional Mexican accents that create a festive atmosphere.

The patio is undoubtedly one of the highlights. It’s spacious, well-maintained, and adorned with beautiful plants and fairy lights, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed evening with friends or a casual date night. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their visit.

However, when it comes to the food, The Cantina falls a bit short of expectations. The menu features a variety of classic Mexican dishes, but the flavors are somewhat underwhelming. Frankly, it appears the strategy is "quantity" of food instead of "quality."

The salsa and guacamole are fresh and tasty, but the main courses could benefit from more creativity. The prices and ambiance are great to attract customers, but the food hardly gives on reason to return. Frankly, if you ordered the same dish from Mojave and the Cancun restaurant 2 miles down the street and did a blind taste test you would taste little difference.

In summary, La Fiesta Mexicana excels in ambiance and service but has room for improvement in the culinary department. It's a lovely spot for a drink and a light bite, but food enthusiasts may elect to move on. Salt, grease and quantity never is a substitute for quality.

This restaurant was built while we lived in Florida for two years and I wanted to try it. My wife is not as huge a fan of Mexican food as I am but she agreed to go today. The was a small lunch-crowd, compared with over-flowing dinner crowds. The waiter was good and attentive and the food was good. It began with the routine chips and salsa. The salsa was homemade and different than I’ve seen at other Mexican restaurants but it was quite good. I had two shredded beef enchiladas; one with roja (red) sauce and one with green poblano pepper sauce. I was nervous the pepper sauce would be too hot but it was decent. The shredded beef was spicy enough to give it a decent flavor. I had lime and cilantro rice, which was on the dry side but had a good flavor and improved when I added the salsa to it. The refried beens were very average. My wife had a steak burrito that was quite large and she said it was good. Her side as a black bean and corn salad that was very good, especially when using the chips to eat it. I would recommend this as a decent, although far from authentic, Mexican restaurant.
