A very cool brewery and music venue. That has a weekly open mic and a tuesday vinyl record playing party (bring your LP's).They have absolutely incredible award winning beers!! A great place to hang out for awhile if you are in South Lyon you should check it out.

What a delightful experience! Haven't been to South Lyon since I moved to CO 10+ yrs ago but we visited this place on a return trip and the beer was delicious, the owner who served our drinks was so informative and interesting, and the open mic night was so fun (the owner is also a former sound engineer!) Everything you'd want from a local brewery. If you want a good local update or chat, sit at the bar and talk to the owner.

Fantastic pub! Very knowledgeable about their craft. Not to mention, Jeff is a great guy. Definitely worth going there. I highly recommend this place.

Great place, excellent beer! The owner/brewer was our bartender. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about beer. This is a must stop brewery if you're in the area.

Stopped in for a couple beers with a. friend after work yesterday. Great atmosphere, awesome music, cool owner! Enjoyed every beer we tried and learned a ton. Can’t wait to come back.

Such a cool brewery! All beers were made according to original recipes, well balanced and easy to drink. The owner is very nice and friendly, we definitely will be back.

Been wanting to try Third Monk since I moved to the area. Jeff is an awesome guy who makes great beer and great chili. Had a good time chatting with him and learning from his well of knowledge, spun a couple records, talked music etc. will be going back pretty regularly. 10/10

Dropped in the other night for the first time. It was vinyl Tuesday. Beer was great, owner took time to come to our table and talk with us. I read the negative review. I also looked around and saw the numerous awards, some international. Yes this is a niche place for niche people. Creative musical artists and music lovers. Seems to me the guy with the negative review doesn’t have a clue. Really! Glad to have found it
