All of the super positive reviews really surprised me after I ate here ! 3 stars is generous. I found everything about my experience to be mid at best. The host almost sat us at a dirty table with no place settings and a server had stop him. The appetizers, pasta, and dessert was quite lackluster, but I do give them props on their gluten free penne. Both the water and the wine glasses felt so grimy. Like I was scratching off little crumbs from previous users. Our server dropped our check and didn't come back for nearly 10 mins which is just poor etiquette. The restaurant was near empty! For its prices and service, I would not recommend and I don't envision myself returning.

Very unique flavor with their dough. I always get the Mediterranean pizza and my wife and I split a bigalora chopped salad. Really good one of our favorites.

This place has become my go-to for Sunday delivery orders. Their pizza is fantastic, and many of the other menu items are also great. The order's have always been correct and timely. Occasionally, the same pizza may vary from week to week (possibly different cooks), but has never been a major issue and I've enjoyed the food every time.

The food was good, the service was very slow. The waitress left us without a service after she took our drink order for about 20 minutes and never brought them. Then when we called her, she said that another waitress will take over

We had a party of 10 to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. This is the 3rd year in a row that she has chosen Bigalora's for her celebration and it's easy to see why.

The staff is wonderful. Our sever, Seth, was so personable, knowledgeable, and fun...he felt like part of the family. He treated us warmly and with humor (which we loved.) The rest of the staff--hostess stand, cooks, bussers--every time we encountered one, they were pleasant and kind.

The food is always outstanding. We love their pizzas and pastas. The staff serves food as soon as it hits the window and the pizzas are always hot and fresh. The staff make sure you have enough room on your table for several pizzas. It is fun to share and try slices of each other's pizzas.

We love the warm atmosphere that feels like an upscale version of home.

Here's hoping our daughter choses Bigalora for her 19th birthday as well.

This was such a bad experience I am writing this review in their parking lot! First, we were brought to the table and host left the table before we even got to it. Then we had to ask for high chairs and booster seats ourselves after being ignored for 10min. When I expressed how I was not happy with the beginning of the night the waitress got everyone else at my tables drinks and not me! I thought this was the worst of it. I was wrong. Next, we got our food. Pizza was under cooked and watery. THEN MY WIFE STARTS GETTING AN ALLERGIC REACTION WHILE EATING! She is allergic to shrimp and shellfish and they use the same utensils in the back which came in contact with the shrimp! No disclosure no warning nothing. Absolutely ruined a rare opportunity we had to eat out. And still after all this it was $60. Two pizzas and a kids pizza. Never again.

We came to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. The food was unbelievably good and the service was even better. Danielle went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and added to our special day. She recommended the Pistachio pizza, which was top notch. We also had the Focaccia bread and spaghetti and shrimp pasta, finished it off with Salted Caramel Parfait and a cannoli. If you're looking for good food this is the place. The sour dough bread makes everything amazing.

Take out of eggplant parm tonight and Recieved burnt and smelled burnt food. Why would the chef even put this in the to go container. This is exactly why I had stop going 3 years ago.

“From - farm - to table - stomach”😁! The service was next level, and our serve was amazing!!! I wish to express my gartitude to Danielle for her attention to detail, wonderful demeanor, and genuine recommendations! Amazing!!!
