I never have issues in person but I have through door dash and grubhub . One of my dashers over heard them talking 💩 about how I ordered my drinks but if I am paying for it why do you care employee what I pay for ? This is what I spend my money on no matter how you feel . Today we got bagels with no cream cheese when we asked for it on the bagel this was under grubhub today.
I stop by here almost every day on my way to work and the staff is always wonderful. They made a point to learn my name and greet me whenever I walk in which is something I never expect, no matter how many times I’ve been somewhere. Yesterday, I accidentally ordered my mobile order to be picked up at another location and they had my drink made and ready to go before I had even finished paying once we realized why they hadn’t received my order. I love the drinks...
Yes so I just found out this was by my house hidden in a plaza at 8 mile and Grandriver. So of course im geeked because I prefer The great Biggs over Duncan. But the Customer Service is great and fast. And Missy always suggesting something at the window.Which was how I got that banging protein breakfast sandwich that was amazing. And my free coffee shot on Friday's omg won't God do it.And you know how I feel about my coffee 💃💃💃
