One of the supervisors or managers was not having a good day. She dictated and never asked the others to help out do anything. She was visually not having a good day. The cashier stated she will never come back to day shift. I don't blame her.

Honestly, I cannot understand the draw of Chipotle except for those chips and often, not always, the guacamole. Tonight was for sure a "not always" on the guacamole. Quite frankly, the entire line of food display.

We were there at 8. The meat choices - empty or low. Same with lettuce, rice, salsa, the guacamole turning brown -- the whole gamut. Dirty environment. Staff checked out.

So upon leaving, I walked back to...

The Chipotle restaurant looked nice both inside and out, but the food was disappointing. The staff appeared distracted, joking around in the back instead of attending to a long line of customers. They even seemed visibly annoyed when I simply asked for an extra scoop of rice and black beans. I visited this Chipotle yesterday, and I will likely avoid it in the future when I want to grab a bite.
