Went during middle of lunch hour. Restaurant full of workers all busy in the back. NO ONE serving clients. When they finally started serving customers I’d been in line over 10 minutes. I videoed the experience. 3 customers walked out while waiting for them to start serving customers. Then ONLY 1 person served the line. Horrible customer service.

I order the chicken and steak bowl from Chipotle all the time it’s one of my go-to meals. The flavor and portions are usually on point, and it always hits the spot. The only issue is when I order online in the afternoon it tends to take too long, and sometimes they’re missing a few ingredients. Other than that, it’s definitely one of my favorites.

Food hit like always, fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. Place was clean, staff was solid, and everything tasted great. Only downside was the line… long and slow, kinda killed the momentum. Still, once you get your food, it’s worth it. 4/5.
