Walked in to purchase ice cream, 7 minutes til close, I was told , sorry we’re closed. I responded, I’m in the store,- I was informed that if the door is open, you’re open. They hadn’t even put things away.. they were actually checking out a guest, just rude

I ordered a large ice cream and it had a large hair in it. I was told to bring it back to the store. I will never go back.

I drive Public transportation For the county of Oakland Malay layover is next to the building They are other establishments around but cold stones is the closest to where u brake I literally just tried to use the bathroom and the lady disrespectfully says is only for customers just to use the restroom that is crazy. Where is the Compassion for what could be customers, I was not at regular clothes I was in a suit and tie but still no compassion personally I don’t wanna spend my money with people that wanna allow me to the rest area that’s ridiculous and I think other people should Do you want

I had plastic in my birthday cake, I could not find my receipt. I showed pictures of the cake. The manager told me that it didn’t make sense and that there was no way that there could be plastic in there. And she wouldn’t even give me a discount on having to purchase another cake.

New location (next to the old location), and it is sweet. Staff is friendly and young. Service is quick, even if there is a crowd. I’m glad they’re back and they’re here for the long run…give the newly reopened ColdStone, a try!

They reopened this place and it is very nice inside! I made a mistake and got a smoothie, should have just stuck with ice cream haha. My husband's shake was sooo good.

I was really Bumbed out when I went in on Sunday@,Aug 18th on National Ice Cream Pie Day and they had NO ice cream Pies ready and said it would take 15 min to make and then it has to Freeze. When i explained to Julianna (the Manager) that I needed a pie for my "Celebrate Everyday with Amazing Kay" Podcast and I could not wait hours...she agreed to make me a pie right then but said it wouldn't be frozen.

Found long disgusting hair in my ice cream. Remade order. They all have long hair and do not wear hairnets at this location. Super gross ?. Go here if you like hair in your food.
