Cold Stone Creamery

Stopped here for ice cream 7/6/25 around 11:30a. The “open” sign was off & employees were inside.

After knocking on door:
Employee informed that store was closed & would be open 12:30, no explanation.

Hours: 11-9p advertised on door & other online platforms

Store Hours are different across Google, maps, yelp, etc.

—-Can consider updating all hours to align with daily readiness tasks & communication for customers

Myself and 4 children and my friend and her 4 children arrived at 3p. Will help me and my children pretty quickly. Demetrius the second guy serving and assisting did not assist my friend and her children. After helping 2 other parties and will stopping to answer the phone my friend asked Demetrius if he could serve them. He stated no this is how they do it all the cold stones. She explained to him that we were 2 separate bills and he should have help her but he looked annoyed and proceeded to helping yet another customer. It is now 3:22 my children and I have been sitting down enjoying our ice cream for quite some time and my friend is still waiting with her children to have their ice cream mixed and served. She asked Demetrius his name and rather than verbalize it he rudely points to his name tag that is affixed to the side of his hat. Management please intervene! Really poor customer service.

I had a great experience. I was not sure what I wanted. I explained the flavor and what I like to the guy that was working and he said I got you. My husband wanted a banana split. Our order were made top perfection and good.

Closed early

Walked in to purchase ice cream, 7 minutes til close, I was told , sorry we’re closed. I responded, I’m in the store,- I was informed that if the door is open, you’re open. They hadn’t even put things away.. they were actually checking out a guest, just rude

I ordered a large ice cream and it had a large hair in it. I was told to bring it back to the store. I will never go back.

I drive Public transportation For the county of Oakland Malay layover is next to the building They are other establishments around but cold stones is the closest to where u brake I literally just tried to use the bathroom and the lady disrespectfully says is only for customers just to use the restroom that is crazy. Where is the Compassion for what could be customers, I was not at regular clothes I was in a suit and tie but still no compassion personally I don’t wanna spend my money with people that wanna allow me to the rest area that’s ridiculous and I think other people should Do you want

I waited for 45 minutes for ice cream. Being here feels like purgatory.

I had plastic in my birthday cake, I could not find my receipt. I showed pictures of the cake. The manager told me that it didn’t make sense and that there was no way that there could be plastic in there. And she wouldn’t even give me a discount on having to purchase another cake.

New location (next to the old location), and it is sweet. Staff is friendly and young. Service is quick, even if there is a crowd. I’m glad they’re back and they’re here for the long run…give the newly reopened ColdStone, a try!

They reopened this place and it is very nice inside! I made a mistake and got a smoothie, should have just stuck with ice cream haha. My husband's shake was sooo good.
