Do not book here. Once you arrive they will inform you that they do not have the room that you booked available. And will tell you that you need to book at another hotel and will not offer any options. People have been murdered in this hotel. They hold raging sex fueled by drugs. This is nor a safe place. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The lady at the checkin counter was rude and unhelpful. She’d disappear in the back room letting people stand there, wait and wonder if and when someone would come back out to help. The check in process was needlessly made more complicated and stressful than needed. The carpet in the room had paint splotches all over, and the room had a heavy paint smell. My husband and I booked a king bed room 2 months in advance for the auto show. We arrived there and went to check in to find out that our room we booked had been given to someone else and they offered us another room. They proceeded to tell us the room had a pull down twin size bed and could show us the room. Nick walked us to the room and when we walked in it wasn’t even a bedroom.
