Staff is sometimes unfriendly and slow to attend.Wheelchair accessibility: Really not wheelchair accessible or handicap accessible. Suggest letting someone without handicap enter the store or otherwise have assistance with you.

I was there last Saturday I ordered 6 sesame bagel and I told them not cut in half the other 3 bagel was fresh but other 3 was hard like a rock you think that they gave out from the garbage and also inordered 6 croissant they didn’t give it to me. I went in talk with the supervisor and he said he will check the camera’s and going to call me but he is a LIER didnt call me back. And plush the workers are not very friendly. I will not recommend this place to my family and friends I rather go to Tim Hortons on Orchard Lake they are more nicer and they have fresh food.

Could barely tell it was open, hardly no lights on outside. Spoke my order thru the speaker, was told they didn't have any donuts 30 min before closing, drove around to the window and repeated my order to his face and he still made my order wrong. In correction he dumped it out without rinsing the cup and uses the same cup to remake my drink.I wouldn't ever return to this location. Especially not at night. The agent being annoyed that they didn't listen well enough to get the order correct was a bit much.Can't speak on the cleanliness of the building because I could only go thru the drive thru. I don't recall if the Grade was displayed at the window like it was supposed to be. Maybe others have had better experiences but it a hard pass for me. ✌?

Service is horrible and rude. Door was locked 20 minutes early when I was trying to get my mobile order. Four different people stood there staring at me through the windows and door before I could get my order (I could see it sitting on the table). Had to basically force them to open the door. Save your time and money and don’t even bother going to this location.
Coffee is always bland, always bitter, and sometimes watery and milky. They refuse to add enough sweetener and sugar to the drinks every single time. Drinks are lacking in flavor.

The staff was highly rude never greeted me or said thank you after taking my pay and handling my food, the coffee and food was super nasty. One of them got mad at me for throwing away my trash in the trash can for no reason. So next time you go there just throw your trash in their parking lot because apparently they don't like you throwing away your trash in the trash bin like a normal person.

I frequently go to this location. Staff is rude!!!! Even when they messed up my order no apology just rude. I went this morning and was given a nutty donut ? instead of a pumpkin spice. I am highly allergic to peanuts!!! Tried to call but all I get is voicemail. And the lady had the nerve to tell me make sure my order is placed ahead of time with a attitude!
