Staff is sometimes unfriendly and slow to attend.Wheelchair accessibility: Really not wheelchair accessible or handicap accessible. Suggest letting someone without handicap enter the store or otherwise have assistance with you.

Could barely tell it was open, hardly no lights on outside. Spoke my order thru the speaker, was told they didn't have any donuts 30 min before closing, drove around to the window and repeated my order to his face and he still made my order wrong. In correction he dumped it out without rinsing the cup and uses the same cup to remake my drink.I wouldn't ever return to this location. Especially not at night. I frequently go to this location. Staff is rude!!!! Even when they messed up my order no apology just rude. I went this morning and was given a nutty donut ? instead of a pumpkin spice. I am highly allergic to peanuts!!! Tried to call but all I get is voicemail. And the lady had the nerve to tell me make sure my order is placed ahead of time with a attitude!
