Out waitress wanted nothing to do with us. She didnt bring a gumbo or one meal and when we addressed it (because it was on our bill) she got an attitude and never came back. We had to get a manager to handle it. Food was amazing otherwise
Fishbones never informed me that there was built-in gratuity for my meal. I would have never tipped 18 percent for the kind of service I had. I WON'T be going back to FISHBONES.
It used to be an event to go to Fishbones when I was a younger adult. Now it has become outdated. I came for lunch and sat at the bar, no one came to take my order for about 10 minutes. I ordered the alligator voodoo, it took over 20 minutes to come even though the restaurant was practically empty. Nostalgia is the only reason that I would go back. The service needs improvement.
