The staff here did me a huge solid when I forgot to order catering until the week of my large event at the Southfield Westin. They came through last minute, provided really tasty food at an excellent value that my guests all devoured and managed to have it Ready for us timeline that worked with our schedule. Highly recommend for any event that you need to cater. 👍👍
Food is good. But the cashier is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I refuse to go now because of her attitude. If you call and ask which soup or the special for the day... she will say "what" a hundred times or hang up on you. I finally got her to say which special it was and when I repeated I want to know the soups, she straight up said " maam I am here but busy, if you want to know which soup you can come here and look for yourself."

I wish I would have taken some photos or video, but I was trying to catch a plane and had my hands full. I was a little early for the lunch rush, so I had a lot of time and a lot of choices. The man behind the counter patiently walked me through the process of customizing my selection.I chose a chicken wrap and it was _really_ good. There were many other tempting choices, and when I am in Southfield next, I will probably stop back in to test out something else.
