The food was good. The steak bites needed more seasoning, and the vegetables were salty. The catfish was good. The pepper steak was on point. My husband said the lamb chops were good, just fatty. Our server was okay; he seemed new. The ladies waiting tables were very attentive, even to our table, and they were not our waitresses. The restaurant was crowded on a Saturday night.
Service was top tier. Our server took great care of us. There wasn't space inside for our party size so thankfully the weather was perfect to sit on their outside patio. Until someone at the table next to us lit a joint, we truly enjoyed the outdoor space. My brother, however, warned me that the food was just meh and I find I will have to agree with him. Met a vendor here for lunch. Food was good, restaurant is small and for it to be lunch time they did not have a crowd. Our waitress was very sweet, however we had to flag her down, she was sitting at the counter eating and watching TV on her phone. When she took our order she was on speaker talking to a friend. Never seen that before.
