Horrible customer service!! Went last wk. they gave me a 20 min wait time for an XL BBQ chicken pizza. When we got there to pick up the pizza it was completely wrong. They told us it would be an additional 25 min to make a new one. The "manager" said he apologized and would credit us for our next order. Went back this wk and the credit was $1.75. Unacceptable. Will find another Jets farther away before I ever go back.
