Was here on 4-20-2023 to celebrate our nephew's birthday. Pretty standard Coney. I use wheelchair and we sat in the back. Food was fine, nothing special.

Normally I am satisfied when I eat here but today I got a BLT to go and I must say it was the worst BLT I got in a while. How do you mess up such a simple sandwich, when you put a big chunk of tomato and huge leaf of lettuce along with a huge chunk of onion (onion was requested) that makes the sandwich very sloppy causing it to just fall apart. Thinly sliced items listed would solve this issue, the Rye toast and Bacon was fine which I ate separately once it all fell apart.My opinion only!!!Chuck

Went for breakfast on way back from airport..Ordered eggs over medium ang sausage hash browns,toast.Eggs overcooked sent back,came back overcooked the sausage was do hard couldn't cut with a fork.The terrible manager came out out and said you need to use a knife.I said I was not paying for whole breakfast and had police called on us.She was rude and being someone that was in the industry,does not belong in it.
My experiences are usually good at this Kerby! Food was good but I happened to get a waiter that acted like she didn’t want to serve me! I understand everyone has a bad day. I have a rough week being away from home and all I want Is to enjoy a decent meal while being back home! Like I said usually it’s a friendly, clean atmosphere! I don’t blame the establishment just a bad waiter and I happened to get a bad one!

I previously rated Kirby’s as a 5 star 4 years ago, I’m downgrading my rating to 2 stars, the ladies at Kirby’s are always friendly and nice, I am however not impressed with the cook, I order the toast and hash browns well done and I’ve had to return my food twice in the last two weeks because it wasn’t made correctly, today my over medium eggs were still raw and clear in the middle, instead of making new eggs correctly the eggs were recooked to well done and given back, the hash browns were still not well done either…update- food still not cooked correctly even after emphasizing extra extra extra crispy on the hash browns! Not even barely browned….The wait staff is still awesome! Maybe the cooks needs more experience…. It’s not like I’m asking you to smoke me a brisket, breakfast food isn’t that complicated….

Was good the first time around until I picked up symptoms of food poisoning(I had 2 coney dogs and chilli fries). Idk what it could have been, but if you've experienced the same symptoms within the week of Mar. 13th-17th let me know; I need answers ASAP
